Stickman Hook gives you one button and endless ways to fly. You are a bouncing stick figure with a grappling hook, swinging from anchor point to anchor point across hundreds of levels. Hook on, swing, let go at the perfect moment, and bounce your way to the finish. The simplest game you will play all week — and one of the hardest to stop.

Hook, Swing, Release

Your stickman bounces automatically like a rubber ball. Press and hold, and your hook latches onto the nearest anchor point — now you are swinging around it like a pendulum. Release at the right moment and your momentum flings you forward to the next anchor, or straight to the finish line.

Each level is a chain of anchors over gaps, spikes, and moving obstacles. No timer, no enemies — just find the smoothest line through. The version linked here is the Poki-exclusive licensed release.

How to Play Stickman Hook

You control the hook, not the character. Press and hold anywhere to latch on and swing. Let go to release — momentum carries you through the air. Land and keep bouncing; hit a wall or spike and the level restarts.

The art is the release timing. Too early and you drop short; too late and you swing back. Release when your swing points forward and slightly up — that carries you farthest.

Controls

One control only: click and hold (or tap and hold on mobile) to hook on, release to let go. Everything comes down to the timing of that press and release.

Level Tricks That Save You Swings

Release on the upswing. Launch just after your swing passes the bottom of its arc — you fly forward and up.

Skip anchors. One well-timed long swing can sail over two or three of them.

Bounce first, hook second. Bounce a few times on flat stretches to build speed before hooking.

Feather the hook. Quick tap-holds adjust your swing mid-flight — great for tight gaps.
