Filing a Takedown Notice

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (for example, the game title and where it was originally published).
  3. The exact URL(s) on szgames.io where the infringing material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

We review every notice promptly. Valid requests are typically actioned within 48 hours — the game or content will be removed or disabled. We may notify the party who provided the content, if applicable.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address including your contact details, the removed URL(s), and a consent to jurisdiction statement. We will restore content when the law requires it.

Repeat Infringers

We do not tolerate repeat infringement. Accounts or sources associated with repeated valid complaints will be permanently blocked from the site.
